Top up from the billing page in your Dashboard — pick a package and your balance never expires. We accept credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / AmEx), Stripe Link, Alipay, and bank transfer. Top-ups add a 2% service fee plus the Stripe processing fee (about 3.9% + $0.30 per transaction), itemized at checkout.

API Keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — plaintext is never persisted. All traffic is HTTPS-encrypted. We do not store or inspect your conversations.

CodeGateway charges a markup on top of upstream provider official list prices — this is how we sustain the service. The markup covers server costs (low-latency, high-availability global nodes), payment processing fees (Stripe / Alipay), and operational risks (FX exposure, reliability, and security compliance). We use a single flat markup of 1.07x, with a 2% service fee added on top-ups.

API cost = upstream provider official list price × markup. For example, if the official list price is $3.00/MTok and the markup is 1.07x, you pay $3.21/MTok. Consumption markup is flat at 1.07x; top-ups add a 2% service fee. All rates are displayed transparently on the pricing page.

Yes. We support self-service refunds. The refund cap per payment is the lesser of the payment amount and your current available balance. The minimum refund amount per request is $2. The available balance does not distinguish between top-up amounts and bonus credits. If unused bonus credits remain, the refundable amount may include them. Stripe processing fees are not refunded.
