Yes. One key accesses 50+ models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) — no need to manage separate provider accounts. Note the protocol split: Claude and Gemini text models are served by the Anthropic Messages protocol (POST /v1/messages); the OpenAI-compatible text endpoints (/v1/chat/completions, /v1/responses) do not accept those model families. Gemini image models use the OpenAI-compatible /v1/images/generations.
